Emmanuel de Place COO and member of the Executive Committee Appointed COO of Lagardere Services in charge of the Asia Pacific in 2010, Emmanuel de Place is based in Singapore where he manages and develops the Asian businesses and supervises the Pacific area.
A Franco-Canadian citizen, Emmanuel joined Lagardere Services in 1996, working first in the group's Canadian press distribution subsidiary, followed by a period leading the retail division in Romania before becoming an Executive Vice President of the group in 2007. Emmanuel graduated from the Paris High Business School (France) in 1996, with a Master in Management. |

Matt Mercier CEO - Pacific Responsible for the Pacific region, Matt begun his career with the LS group in North America, where he controlled the groups retail and distribution activities and was involved in a number of travel retail business development projects. He then joined Relay France, a European leader in travel retail, including news, convenience, gifts & specialty, as well as food & beverage. Prior to joining the business in the Pacific, he worked in Central Europe where he managed the groups development in travel retail and duty free in the region, in particular Bulgaria.

Charn Cheng (CC) Lee General Manager - Hong Kong and Taiwan Having spent his entire 30 year career in the Travel Retail industry, CC Lee is now responsible for operations in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Prior to joining the company, CC’s previous roles included Country Manager for the Valiram Group in Singapore and Managing Director, Singapore and Managing Director, Australia in Duty Free Shoppers (DFS). CC received his Bachelor of Business Administration from the National University of Singapore. |

Grant brings strong international retail experience to the operations in Asia. |

Paul Ryan Operations Director - Australia Paul joined the Australian business in 2002 where he held a number of operational roles, before relocating to Asia in 2007 and assuming responsibility for operations and marketing across the businesses in Asia. Paul returned to Australia in 2011 in the role of Operations Director, bringing with him a long track record in retail, across the operations, marketing and buying areas. |
